On this panel, I repeated the previous steps to the previous front cover. This time I chose to use the whole image, I prefer this effect and I think I may redo the previous attempt for this reason. I am happy with how the shattered effect came out so would like to keep this a consistency for each panel. From this attempt, I have found the importance of the liquidify stage as it dictates the size of the effect/dispersion. Next time, I will try to create a similar size effect as it looks a lot better as it fills the panel.
The final image shows the effect placed with a grunge background. I think this looks good and will be the basis of my whole digipak. I will have to create my own grunge background so will make that a priority for the next step. I also liked the effect given by the one layer mask being visible, I will consider weaving this into my design at a later date.
